It may be a bit of a chore but always keep in mind that without your help the doors would be closed and the children would not have any club events. If you have any time or skills that you are willing to share with your Community please call. If there is any change in volunteering for an event you signed up for please try to find someone to work for you and remember to give the club enough notice for find someone to fill you place.

 

ANOLA HEAT  

Anola H.E.A.T. Dance Baton and Pom Pom
Registration dates @ Anola Community Club
Thursday September 6th and 13th for 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday September 8th 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Anola H.E.A.T. is the home of the 2012 Canadian Pom Pom Champions.  Come join or team of Athletes.  We offer Baton starting at Age 4, Pom Pom starting at Age 7 and up and a variety of Dance classes starting at age 3 and up. 
Baton and Pom Pom Programs are competitive.  If you wish to take part in these activities please indicate if you wish to attend the Canadian Championships.  We do some fundraising for this event but athletes are required to pay the difference where fundraising has had a short fall.
For Dance we offer Creative Dance which is designed for 3 – 6 years of age.  Starting at age 6 we offer tap, hip hop, jazz.  For More information please contact Nicki Remkes @ 866-3102

 

MONTHLY MEETINGS
7:00 pm at the Anola Community Club on the 2nd Monday of every month and we are always looking for new people to join our board, so please feel free to come and check out one of our meetings.  We appreciate your feedback and look forward to meeting you.

HALL RENTALS
Our hall holds 300 people and is a great place for all of your party needs. Birthdays, Showers, Anniversaries, Socials, Weddings, fundraisers and more. Prices will vary depending on the event. We also have carnival games to rent. Please feel free to call 866-2891 and leave a message and Patti will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

YOUTH DANCES (Grades 3-6)

There are door prizes, dance prizes and an auction!!!! The canteen is open for candies, treats, pizza, drinks and more!!!  These dances are on Friday evenings from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. Parents must sign their kids in and out of the hall. (no exceptions)

MIDDLE YEAR DANCES (Grades 6 – 9)  
The Middle Years Dance is offered to kids Grades 6 - 9.  Chaperones are needed; please consider lending a hand so we can continue to offer an evening out for the kids & parents too!!! The canteen is also open for this event. These dances are on Friday evenings from 7 – 10 pm, parents must sign their kids in and out. There are door prizes and dance prizes. MOVIE MANIA
Admission to Movie Mania is free of charge!  Come out to the Anola Community Club for a full afternoon including two family-rated movies. Pizza, popcorn and drinks are available for purchase. Watch school handouts, newsletters and event boards in your community for upcoming dates and movie titles. We hope to see you there!
We are hoping to have movies every month this winter – watch for upcoming dates on you school flyer.

Doors open at 12:00pm with the 1st movie starting at 12:30pm.  2nd movie starting approx. 2:30pm.

SELO UKRAINIAN DANCE
The Selo Ukrainian Dancers are a troupe of young, enthusiastic performers that are proudly celebrating their 27th year!  The group rehearses out of Anola, MB and their dancers range in age from 5 – 21.  They have a repertoire of dances and colourful costumes that are representative of every region of the Ukraine.
Selo Ukrainian Dancers will be hosting a Zabava (Ukrainian social) featuring live band “Sloohai”.  It will be held at Anola Community Club, Saturday, February 9, 2013, from 8:00 pm – 1:00 am (adult evening).  There will be a chance auction and a delicious hot lunch.  Tickets are $15.00.   For further information contact Leslie @ (204)866-4829 or Brad and Bridgette @ (204)866-4114.

MOHUTNIY UKRAINIAN DANCE

Mohutniy Ukrainian Dance Ensemble is proud to be starting their 12th year of dance in September 2012.  Come on out and join the fun. If you are interested in joining our group, attend on September 12, 2012 at the Anola Community Club and meet the group.

The Mohutniy Ukrainian Dance Ensemble is a group of adults 18 years of age and over who have made it their mission to promote the Ukrainian culture through dance.  We practice on Wednesday evenings at the Anola Community Club and one Sunday a month. 

We have participated in a Ukrainian Festival in Brandon MB, Regina SK, Yorkton SK, Dickinson North Dakota, Gardenton MB, Tuelon and local weddings and anniversaries.

We will be holding our registration at the Anola Community Club on September 12, 2012 at 6:30 pm. Come out and enjoy the experience of dance, and promoting the Ukrainian Culture.
